Decide where the contest will be held. Most events like this are held in a bar or club where individuals must be 21 to enter. This is probably a good idea for your competition as well.

Make all contest applicants sign a form stating that they are at least 21 years old. Attach a copy of their driver's license as well. This is to protect yourself from any lawsuits that may surface regarding sexual exposure of a minor.

Announce there will be prize money given for first, second, and third place finishers. The club or bar that you are having the contest in may put that money up, but if not you may need to get more sponsors for the event and ask them to donate. The prize money could be $500 for first, $250 for second, and $100 for third.

Assemble judges. These judges should be supporters of the contest and maybe have a famous name in the circle of people in the contest, such as a pro athlete, a record producer, etc.

Hold the contest as scheduled. If the even is successful, it may turn into an annual event.
